Some services, across online, phone, and in-person, will be temporarily unavailable while we carry out the upgrade.
Please check the schedule below and complete any changes or transactions for impacted services before the upgrade window begins.
All services resume on Monday 18 May.

What's staying the same
 | Your login details You can continue using the same username and password to log in to the upgraded HomeStart Online.

 | Your loan and repayments There are no changes to your loan terms or repayment amounts.

What you need to do
To help you get ready for the upgrade, please note the following:
Your customer number: We’ve posted a letter to you which has your customer number. Moving forward, we will use that number in all our communications. Please quote it whenever you contact us.
Update your contact details: If you use HomeStart Online, log in and make sure your contact details are correct before Wednesday 13 May. Go to My Dashboard > Manage My Details > Update Contact Details.
