We’re upgrading HomeStart online to make managing your loan easier. The upgrade goes live on Monday 18 May 2026. Please read on to make sure you’re ready.

What's changing


Here’s what you can look forward to after the upgrade:  


A refreshed HomeStart Online
A simpler, modern design that’s easier to navigate. The login page will look a little different, but your login details remain the same.


Secure messaging
Use HomeStart Online’s new secure messaging tool to contact us anytime and share attachments safely. We check messages regularly and reply promptly. Your conversation will be saved for easy reference.


Digital statements
Your six-monthly statements will now be delivered digitally via HomeStart Online (unless you’ve told us you prefer paper statements).

What you need to do


To help you get ready for the upgrade, please note the following:

Your customer number: We’ve posted a letter to you which has your customer number. Moving forward, we will use that number in all our communications. Please quote it whenever you contact us.

Update your contact details: Log in to HomeStart Online and make sure your contact details are correct before Wednesday 13 May. Go to My Dashboard > Manage My Details > Update Contact Details.
