Adelaide 36ers Basketball Coaching Clinic Exclusively for HomeStart Customers 2026

1.    This is a competition for HomeStart customers only. (This covers customers who have submitted a loan application, have received a pre-approval or final approval, or have an active loan on or before the date of the prize draw. It does not include customers who have discharged their loan on or before the date of the prize draw).

2.    This competition is run by HomeStart Finance (ABN: 82 8291 698 85) located at Level 5 169 Pirie Street, Adelaide South Australia 5000 and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platforms. All enquiries should therefore be directed to HomeStart.

3.    By participating you agree that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions as provided.

4.    How to enter: 

  • Click on the link in the promotional post on Facebook, Instagram, the HomeStart website or HomeStart Online. You will be directed to an online entry form. 
  • Complete the online entry form with all required information and you will go into the draw. 
  • The information required will be the HomeStart customer’s name, email address, phone number and full residential address.

5.    Only one entry is permitted per household. If multiple entries are submitted per household only the first in time will be counted and the rest will be deemed ineligible.

6.    You must be 18 years of age to enter this competition. The prizes are for children aged 5 to 14 years. 

7.    Any costs associated with entering this competition or claiming prizes remain the responsibility of each entrant and under no circumstance will be the responsibility of HomeStart. This includes any travel costs.

8.    Important dates:

•    This competition commences on Monday 9th March 2026 at 9:00am

•    This competition ends on Thursday 26th March at 5:00pm. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be accepted. 

•    The prize draw will take place on Friday 27th March at 10:00am.

9.    The prizes: 

Each winning entry will receive up to two reserved places for children aged 5 to 14 years in the following basketball clinic:

  • Date: Wednesday 15th April 2026.
  • Time: 1:30-3:00 pm 

(Kids receive 1 hour on-court basketball delivery followed by a 30 minutes photograph and autograph session)

  •  Location: Reynella East College

[NB There are 60 places available per clinic].

10.    The draw: 

The winners will be drawn at random from the entire pool of eligible entries.

11.    Each entry will be verified against HomeStart’s customer records.

12.    Each household that wins a prize may nominate any child to attend the clinic in the allocated place(s).

13.    The winners will be contacted by phone and email on Friday 26th September 2025 and will be given 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize. 

14.    If a winner has not confirmed their intention to accept the prize within 24 hours the prize will be forfeited and HomeStart will redraw a new winner from the original entries.

15.    The winners’ names may be published on the HomeStart Finance website.

16.    The prizes are non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be sold.

17.    HomeStart reserves the right to change or vary these competition terms and conditions in its sole and exclusive discretion.

18.    HomeStart reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where HomeStart reasonably suspects any unlawful or improper conduct, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.

19.    By accepting these terms and conditions you are also subscribing to our marketing database. This may be used to send you promotional material relating to HomeStart products, competitions, upcoming events and surveys. When receiving any material from HomeStart, you will be provided with an unsubscribe option. Please refer to the HomeStart privacy collection statement.

20.    Where HomeStart collects your personal information for the purposes of running this competition, HomeStart complies with the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth).

21.    HomeStart employees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter this competition.

22.    Indemnity, Waiver & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent of the law, winners and participants in this competition (including prize recipients) agree to release, waive, discharge and indemnify HomeStart from any and all claims, actions or losses arising, including for personal injury.


Adelaide 36ers - School Holiday Clinic Competition via Solus EDM (March 2026)

  1. This competition is run by HomeStart Finance (ABN: 82 8291 698 85) located at Level 5, 169 Pirie Street, Adelaide South Australia 5000. All enquiries should be directed to HomeStart Finance (HomeStart).

  2. Terms & Conditions: By entering this competition you agree that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  3. Competition dates: This competition commences on Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 10:00am and ends on Wednesday 18th March 2026 at 11:59pm. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be accepted. The draw will take place on Thursday 19th March 2026 at 10.00am.

  4. Eligibility: The competition is open to children aged 14 years and under on the date of the draw.

  5. HomeStart staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.

  6. Prizes:The prize is one double pass to the Adelaide 36ers School Holiday Clinic at a venue of choice in the April school holidays (multiple sites available). There is one prize available and only one prize per winner.
    The prize is:
    •    1 x double pass to one of the 36ers Basketball Clinic at one location tbc.

  7. How to enter: 
    • Click on the link in the email. You will be directed to an online entry form. 
    • Complete the online entry form with all required information and you will go into the draw.


  8. One Entry Only: Only one entry person is permitted (parents/guardians can enter on behalf of their children but must nominate the name of the child). The first entry submitted will be accepted and duplicate entries will be eliminated from the draw.
      
  9. Prize Draw: 
    • Parents/care givers entering on behalf of a child will need to nominate the name of the child who will attend the Basketball Clinic.
    • The prize draw is a random draw and will continue until all prizes have been allocated.
    • Entrants will only be allocated a prize if it matches the details on the entry drawn and the prize has not already been allocated to another entrant.

  10. Confirmation: The winners will be contacted by HomeStart using the contact information provided with the entry. Winners have 48 hours after being contacted to confirm their acceptance of the prize. The winners’ names will also be published on the HomeStart website.

  11. If the winner has not confirmed their acceptance of the prize in the required time, the prize will be forfeited and HomeStart will redraw a new winner from the original entries.

  12. Prize delivery: HomeStart will provide further details regarding the prizes to the winners following the draw.

  13. The prizes are non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash and are not to be re-sold.

  14. Costs: Any costs associated with entering this competition or claiming prizes remain the responsibility of each entrant and under no circumstance will be the responsibility of HomeStart Finance.

  15. Liability: HomeStart is not responsible for the quality, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose of the prizes and to the fullest extent permitted by law disclaims all liability for any claims arising from or in connection with the prizes and their use.

    Basketball clinics are organised, run, and supervised by a third party. HomeStart is not responsible for, and to the fullest extent of the law disclaims all liability in relation to any claims, costs, losses or damages suffered by any person, (including any claims in negligence) arising from or in relation to the participation by a person in one of the basketball clinics.

  16. Reservation of rights: HomeStart reserves the right to refuse any entries in its absolute discretion where HomeStart reasonably suspects any unlawful or improper conduct, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition Terms and Conditions.

  17. HomeStart reserves its rights to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this competition in its absolute discretion if it considers it is necessary to do so.

  18. Marketing and further communications: By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are also subscribing to our marketing database. This may be used to send you promotional material relating to HomeStart products, competitions, upcoming events, and surveys.
