Adelaide 36ers Ticket Give-Away – February 2024

2 x GA Tickets for the Adelaide 36ers game on Sunday 18 February 2024, 3.30pm (SA time) at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre – two tickets total for one winner only.
The prizes are non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash and are not to be re-sold.

6.   How to enter: Comment on the competition tiles posted by HomeStart Finance on its Facebook page during the Competition dates.

7.   Prize Draw. HomeStart Finance will draw the winners at random.

8.   Confirmation. The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook only.

9.   If the winner has not confirmed their acceptance of the prize in the required time, the prize will be forfeited and HomeStart will redraw a new winner from the original entries.

10.   Costs. Any costs associated with entering this competition or claiming prizes remain the responsibility of each entrant and under no circumstance will be the responsibility of HomeStart Finance.

Adelaide 36ers January School Holiday Training Clinics
January 2024

1. Promoter
This competition is run by HomeStart Finance (ABN: 82 829 169 885) in partnership with Adelaide Basketball Pty Ltd (ACN: 605 955 431).

2. Entrants
The competition is open to South Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged between 6 and 14 years of age as of 01 January 2024 and be able to be attend one of the clinics in clause 8 below.

Employees of HomeStart and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Time frame and Notification
The competition begins on Tuesday 26th December 2023 15:00 (3pm) and concludes Monday, 1st January 2024 at 23:59 (11:59pm). Winners will be contacted via email address and/or the phone number supplied on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

If the winner does not accept their prize by return email by Wednesday, 3rd January 2024 before 12:00 (12pm), a redraw will take place and the prize will be reallocated.

4. Entries
By ticking “yes” on the competition page, you are confirming that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions as provided.

There is a maximum of one (1) entry per child. Entrants must answer all required fields on the registration page by Monday 1st January 2024.

Entrants must select the clinic they would like to attend and can only select one clinic.

Winners will be selected by random draw on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 after 09:00 (9am).

There will be one winner drawn for each clinic.

Entrants are wholly responsible for ensuring that they have access to the equipment and services necessary to enter this competition. HomeStart does not accept any responsibility for the proper working of any methods of communication, equipment or services required to enter this competition.

Should an entrants’ contact details change during the competition period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify HomeStart. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to HomeStart.

5. Costs and expenses
Entrants are responsible for all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and will not be reimbursed for such costs under any circumstances.

6. Disqualification
HomeStart reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where it reasonably suspects any unlawful or improper conduct, including but not limited to infringing a third party’s rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.

7. Privacy
HomeStart is collecting your personal information for the purposes of running the Basketball Clinic competition; HomeStart complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

If you choose not to provide your name or other essential contact information you will be unable to participate in the competition or the Clinic. Please refer to the HomeStart Finance privacy collection statement. Your information will also be used to subscribe you to our marketing database. This may be used to send you promotional material relating to HomeStart products, competitions, upcoming events and surveys. When receiving any material from HomeStart, you will be provided with an unsubscribe option.

8. Prize
There are 4 prizes to be won (chosen at random).
Each prize is a double pass for 2 children aged between 6 and 14 to an Adelaide 36ers School Holiday Basketball Training Clinic. There is one double pass allocated per Clinic. There are two Clinics as follows:

• School Holiday clinic 1
Where: St Clair Recreational Centre - 109 Woodville Road, Woodville SA 5011
When: Monday 8th January – Tuesday 9th January 2024, 9.00am to 3.00pm daily

• School Holiday clinic 2
Where: The Lights Community and Sports Centre, 244-270 East Parkway Lightsview, SA 5085
When: Tuesday 23rd January – Wednesday 24th January 2024, 9.00am to 3.00pm daily

Participants in the Clinic will need to bring (on both days):
• Water bottle
• Lunch and snacks
• Inflated basketball (with your name on it)
• Sneakers/runners with rubber sole shoes

9. Waiver & Release of Liability
Participants in the Clinic understand, acknowledge and agree that their participation in the Clinic will involve physical activity that may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, strains or fractures and that their participation in the Clinic will be subject to them agreeing to release, waive, discharge and indemnify HomeStart from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury or loss which may arise out of participation in the Clinic.

10. Photograph/Video
Throughout the clinic, photo and video content will be taken to be used for HomeStart and Adelaide Basketball future marketing/promotional purposes/news stories. It is a condition of accepting a place in the Clinic that Parents and Guardians consent to the use of these images for future Clinic promotions and marketing.

Adelaide 500 ticket giveaway 2023

1.   This competition is run by HomeStart Finance (ABN: 82 8291 698 85) located at Level 5, 169 Pirie Street, Adelaide South Australia 5000 and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platforms. 2.   Terms & Conditions: By entering this competition you agree that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3.   Competition dates: This competition opens for entries on Monday 6th November 2023 and closes on Wednesday 15th November 2023. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be accepted.

The prize draw will take place on Thursday 16th November 2023 at 10:00am Adelaide time.

4.   Eligibility:
Please see conditions applicable to winners of the prizes that include a course car experience in clause 8 below.

5.   HomeStart staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.

6.   Prizes:
There is 1 First prize of:
• 4 x Four-day general admission passes to the Adelaide 500 event including 1 x course car experience.
There are 1 Second prize of:
• 2 x Four-day general admission passes to the Adelaide 500 event.

7.   Additional information:
•   The Adelaide 500 event is taking place from Thursday 23 November to Sunday 26 November 2023 (inclusive).
•   Winners must be available to attend the event at these times. There are no rainchecks or substitutes for prizes.
•   Course Car Experience, additional conditions:
o   Participants will need to complete and sign both the Motorsport Australia and South Australian Motor Sport Board indemnity forms,
o   Persons under 16 years of age are not permitted to ride,
o   Persons aged 16 up to 18 years of age will require a parent or guardian to complete and sign the indemnity form,
o   Participants will not be able to take any loose objects with them during your ride. (It is advise that handbags, backpacks, cameras and/or any other bulky items are not brought to the meeting point).
o   Personal Accident Insurance is not available from or provided by the event organisers,
o   The Clerk of Course has the discretion to cancel any promotional rides to meet race timing criteria,
o   Cameras and phones are not to be used to record or take any photographs throughout the course car experience, and
o   Participants must be able to enter and exit the vehicle unassisted.

8.   How to enter: Tiles will be posted on Facebook and Instagram with a link to the competition landing page. Follow the link and tell us in 50 words or less why you should win a prize.

9.   One Entry Only. Only one entry person is permitted. The first entry submitted will be accepted and duplicate entries will be eliminated from the draw.

10.   Prize Draw. The prize draw will take place on Thursday 16th November 2023 at 10:00am Adelaide time. Winners will be selected at random. There will be only one prize permitted per person who enters.

11.   Confirmation. The winners will be notified by a telephone call in the first instance and will be given 48 hours to confirm their acceptance of the prize. The winners’ names may also be published on the HomeStart Finance website.

12.   If the winner has not confirmed their acceptance of the prize within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and HomeStart will redraw a new winner from the original entries.

13.   Prize delivery: Tickets will be emailed to the winners.

14.   The prizes are non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash and are not to be re-sold.

Competition dates: This competition commences on Sunday 1st October 2023 (South Australian time) during the Adelaide 36ers home game and ends on Friday 2nd February 2024 (South Australian time) at the end of the Adelaide 36ers home game that day. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be accepted.

4.   Eligibility: The competition is open to children aged 14 years and under on the date of the draw.

5.   HomeStart staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.

6.   Prizes: The prize is a Junior 36ers experience. There are 12 prizes available and only one prize per winner.
Each prize includes:
•   1 x 36ers experience for one child at one Adelaide 36ers home game at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) on one the following dates:

(i)   The winner of each prize must be at the venue 60 minutes prior to the official game start time and will need to report to the 36ers staff member out the front of the Star Room,
(ii)   Photos will be taken for use by the Adelaide 36ers and HomeStart on their social media channels and websites,
(iii)   The winner will be given their very own Adelaide 36ers jersey to wear on the day,
(iv)   One parent or guardian may accompany the winner throughout the experience, and

Competition rules:
2. This competition commences on Tuesday 29th August 2023 at 9:00 (9am) and ends on Tuesday 12th September at 9:00 (9am). After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be considered.

3. There two prizes available, being:

2x GA Double Passes to the first Adelaide 36ers Home Game at 1.30pm on Sunday 1st October Adelaide 36ers vs Melbourne United.

4. The winner will be picked at random using an online generator. The winner will be contacted after 09:00 (9am) Tuesday 12th September 2023.

5. The winner will have until 17:00 (5pm) on Friday 15th September 2023 to confirm their acceptance of the prize via return direct message or email to HomeStart.

6. If a winner has not confirmed their intention to accept the prize by 17:00 (5pm) Friday 15th September 2023 the prize will be forfeited and HomeStart will have the right to run a redraw for a new winner.

If you choose not to provide your name or other essential contact information you will be unable to participate in the Clinic. Please refer to the HomeStart Finance privacy collection statement. Your information will also be used to subscribe you to our marketing database. This may be used to send you promotional material relating to HomeStart products, competitions, upcoming events and surveys. When receiving any material from HomeStart, you will be provided with an unsubscribe option.

8. Prize
There are 4 prizes to be won (chosen at random).
Each prize is a double pass for 2 children aged between 6 and 14 to an Adelaide 36ers School Holiday Basketball Training Clinic. There is one double pass allocated per clinic.

Where: St Clair Recreational Centre - 109 Woodville Road, Woodville SA 5011
When: Monday 10 July – Tuesday 11 July 2023, 9.00am to 3.00pm daily

•   School Holiday clinic 2
Where: Springbank Secondary College, Daws Road, Pasadena, SA 5042
When: Wednesday 12 July – Thursday 13 July 2023, 9.00am to 3.00pm daily

•   School Holiday clinic 3
Where: St Francis De Sales Community Sports Centre, 8 Dutton Road Mount Barker, SA, 5251,
When: Monday 17 July – Tuesday 18 July 2023, 9.00am to 3.00pm daily

•   School Holiday clinic 4
Where: Seaford Recreation Centre, 620 Grand Boulevard Seaford, SA, 5169
When: Thursday 20 July – Friday 21 July 2023, 9.00am to 3.00pm daily

Participants in the clinic will need to bring (on both days):
•   Water bottle
•   Lunch and snacks
•   Pumped basketball (with your name on it)
•   Sneakers/runners with rubber sole shoes

9. Waiver & Release of Liability
Participants in the clinic understand, acknowledge and agree that their participation in the clinic will involve physical activity that may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, strains or fractures and that their participation in the clinic will be subject to them agreeing to release, waive, discharge and indemnify HomeStart from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury or loss which may arise out of participation in the clinic.

10. Photograph/Video
Throughout the clinic, photo and video content will be taken to be used for HomeStart and Adelaide Basketball future marketing/promotional purposes/news stories. It is a condition of accepting a place in the Clinic that Parents and Guardians consent to the use of these images for future clinic promotions and marketing.

11. COVID-19
All reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure that 36ers players attend each Clinic, however the rolling NBL Season fixture and COVID protocols may restrict access to players throughout the Camp.

Any person attending a venue or event in connection with this competition will be required to comply with all mandatory public health orders in effect in South Australia and the policies and procedures in place at the relevant venues and events.

12. COVID-19 Waiver & General Release of Liability
Entrants in this competition understand, acknowledge and agree that the waiver and release in clause 9 includes exposure to the COVID-19 virus and its variants.

Furthermore, Entrants in this competition agree to release, waive, discharge and indemnify HomeStart from any and all claims, actions or losses arising out of participation in the competition or the prizes, whether or not related to COVID-19.

2 x GA Tickets for the Adelaide 36ers game on Sunday 18 February 2024, 3.30pm (SA time) at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre – two tickets total for one winner only.
The prizes are non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash and are not to be re-sold.

How to enter: Comment on the competition tiles posted by HomeStart Finance on its Facebook page during the Competition dates.
Prize Draw. HomeStart Finance will draw the winners at random.
Confirmation. The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook only.
If the winner has not confirmed their acceptance of the prize in the required time, the prize will be forfeited and HomeStart will redraw a new winner from the original entries.
Costs. Any costs associated with entering this competition or claiming prizes remain the responsibility of each entrant and under no circumstance will be the responsibility of HomeStart Finance.
Liability: HomeStart is not responsible for the quality, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose of the prizes and to the fullest extent permitted by law disclaims all liability for any claims arising from or in connection with the prizes and their use.
