Helping you activate your HomeStart Online account

What you need to know

We are making important updates to HomeStart Online to improve features and security for our customers. One of the key updates is introducing multi-factor authentication. This is a new security measure to make sure it’s you and only you accessing your online account.

As part of these updates, we need customers to complete a short activation process. Please see instructions below:

 

How to activate

You will need your new and unique Customer Number to complete the activation.

PLEASE NOTE – It may take up to 1 – 2 hours for the verification email to land in your inbox.

Please wait until you’ve received the verification email to complete this step before setting a new password to avoid being locked out of your account.
