Several product updates coming into effect 2 April 2026 will help brokers support more customers into home ownership.
Advantage Loan
A borrower with $80,000 net household income could now borrow up to $55,000 more with the Advantage Loan and potentially become eligible for a Starter Loan.
Graduate Loan
Eligibility expanded to include selected essential workers and graduates from SA Government technical colleges. Ambulance officers already qualify through their Certificate III. This change could reduce the deposit required by more than $20,000.
