Sponsorship guidelines

HomeStart supports a wide variety of organisations.  To ensure that our sponsorships derive maximum value, we have developed a set of guidelines.

The guidelines outline what we look for when evaluating sponsorship applications.

Whilst we are open to requests, please bear in mind that we may not always be able to help.

All sponsorship proposals will be assessed against the criteria outlined below:

• Alignment with HomeStart brand values
• Geographical suitability - the fit of sponsorship with our customers
• Initiatives that include a level of financial education for our customers
• Initiatives that benefit the South Australian community
• Business benefits for HomeStart
• Available budget

HomeStart does not support the following:

• Requests that benefit an individual person or family
• Political or religious organisations
• Organisations promoting anti-social activities such as gaming, alcohol or drugs
• International events
• Initiatives that may be construed as discriminatory or dangerous

Other information you will need to provide in your application for sponsorship:

• Organisation details, including history, values and length of operation
• Proposed sponsorship details including type of sponsorship, dates of sponsorship and proposed cost
• List of your current sponsors
• Details of how the sponsorship will be measured
• Your target audience
• Contact details
