If you’re an existing HomeStart customer, we offer a range of options to access your home equity.
Home Equity Loan
Our Home Equity Loan lets you access your equity to fund home improvements, such as renovating, landscaping, installing air conditioning and more.
Investor Loan
You may also be able to use your equity to buy another property for investment purposes. The Investor Loan lets you borrow up to 90% of the combined property values (both your original home and your proposed investment property) in the metropolitan area. Country areas may be different.
Eligible customers can take advantage of redraw and repayment holidays to access extra cash if you’re ahead on repayments.
