What is Community Lending?

Our Community Lending Team is responsible for helping to increase affordable rental accommodation made available through not-for-profit organisations to community housing tenants. We accomplish this by working in partnership with:

• The community housing sector
• Developers
• Government agencies
• Local councils

The Community Lending team provides a high level of customer service, placing great importance on having a good rapport with our customers (our business partners) and realising the importance of effectively communicating our products and lending criteria.

We also have a role in building and establishing strong relationships with our key government and commercial stakeholders.
