Boost & Build helps first home buyers to meed the deposit gap on a house and land package and take full advantage of the First Home Owner Grants.
First home buyers looking to buy a house and land package are generally required to meet all start-up costs upfront, as the grants are not payable until construction starts.
Boost & Build can cover a large portion of these costs until the First Home Owner Grants are received, which significantly reduces the amount you need to contribute upfront for a deposit, fees and charges.
Terms, conditions and eligibility criteria apply. Fees and charges are payable.
