Complaints
If you're dissatisfied with the service you’ve received from HomeStart, please contact us on 08 8203 4725.
We’ll advise you who will investigate your complaint, and when you can expect an outcome. Our aim is to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
In the event that we haven’t been able to resolve your complaint, or you feel it has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, you can contact the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL). COSL is an impartial, independent and free dispute resolution scheme.
